    tasteful decor
    serene atmosphere
    bird watching
    dim lighting

The decor stands out with a tasteful refurbishment that adds a cozy touch and comfort to the rooms. Enjoyed bird watching from our room overlooking the tree-covered cliff.

Corridor lights flicker out too quickly. The windows have cracks and can't be opened, which takes away from the overall experience of enjoying the fresh air.

The charming Victorian decor and friendly atmosphere. The view from our room was amazing, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

    clean room
    weak wifi
    slightly outdated decor

The views from my beautiful double room with bath were fine, overlooking the bay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a fantastic range of fresh fruit and a perfectly cooked full welsh breakfast.

    wifi connection was weak.

    modern room
    friendly staff
    excellent breakfast
    stained carpet

We explored Aberdovey and Porthmadog, both fine spots. The location on the hill offers amazing views. Our room was modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was great, showcasing local ingredients. Staff were super attentive.

Our room had some issues. There were a few signs of wear, like stains on the carpet that detracted from an otherwise nice stay.

The room was a standard double with an amazing view of the estuary. It had a tv, a comfy bed, and a large walk-in shower. Breakfast offered a variety of options, like full Welsh and buffet-style cereals, fresh and delicious. The staff was super cute and helpful with local tips about dog-friendly walks.

    warm hospitality
    excellent breakfast

Recommend it for families with children

The hospitality here is something else. They were super friendly, especially my kids. Plus, the breakfast? It had this fresh fruit salad that was just amazing, paired with a Welsh breakfast that was cooked to perfection and just fabulous.

It was a bit pricey, but given the quality, you get what you pay for.
